The Blind Review

All identifying information (name, gender, university) is redacted from your essays. Our Regional Readers evaluate purely based on the content of your character and your track record of service.

The Deep Dive

For the top 50 candidates, we do not just read references; we call them. We conduct 30-minute interviews with your supervisors to verify your claims and understand your impact depth.
