The Stoyanova Standard

We believe that true leadership requires two things: Grit and Service.

The Stoyanova Standard is not about perfection. It is about the capacity to endure hardship for the sake of a higher cause. We identify students who have already demonstrated this capacity and provide them with the financial freedom to scale their impact.

Custodianship

The Foundation acts as the steward of a private trust established by The Founders. Having witnessed the potential of young Canadians stifled by financial necessity, they created this endowment to remove that burden, allowing the most promising among us to focus entirely on service.

The Foundation operates independently, with no public fundraising or external oversight, ensuring that its sole mandate remains the acceleration of Canadian leadership.
