The Fellowship
Unencumbered capital for the next generation of leaders.

The Tura Fellowship ($50,000)

The Tura Fellowship is designed to buy back your time. We provide a significant monthly stipend so that you can focus entirely on your studies and your community service, without the need for part-time employment.

The Stipend Model

Fellows receive $4,167.00 deposited directly into their accounts just before the first of every month. This consistent income replaces the need for a job.

Mandatory Impact Reports

Accountability is paramount. Fellows must submit a monthly “Impact Report” detailing their volunteer hours, academic progress, and spending summary to remain in good standing.

The "No-Job" Rule

Accepting the Fellowship is a commitment to treat your community service as your job. Fellows are strictly prohibited from holding paid part-time employment during the academic year.

Distinguished Scholar ($10,000)

Finalist Grants ($2,000 X5)

Debt-Clearing Grant

This one-time lump sum is intended to immediately clear student debt or tuition hurdles, providing a “clean slate” for the recipient to pursue their goals.
Awarded to the top 7 candidates who reach the National Interview stage

Time & Effort Compensation

We recognize that the application process is rigorous. This grant compensates finalists for the time and effort invested in the Deep Dive and Interview phases.
